How do I make a booking?
Choose a board game, date, time and group size on the booking page. Then send the prepared WhatsApp message. Your booking is confirmed only after our team replies.
What if I do not have enough players?
Check Find a Group for an open board-game session, or tell us your preferred game and time on WhatsApp.
Are the prices on this website final?
Player counts and play times come from NAZO’s game list. Prices are estimates; please confirm the final details with our team on WhatsApp.
Where are you and when are you open?
We are at Sunway Wellesley in Bukit Mertajam and open daily from 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM. The full address and map link are in the footer.
How do I check my top-up balance?
Enter the balance code provided by our team on the Balance page. The balance changes whenever a confirmed top-up or purchase is recorded.
What if I lose my code or the balance looks wrong?
Contact us on WhatsApp and prepare your top-up or payment receipt. Keep your balance code private.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Contact us on WhatsApp as early as possible. Rescheduling, deposits, cancellations and refunds depend on the arrangement confirmed by our team.
